2. Purpose of the website
Aula Magna is a learning and administration platform licensed to schools, which run it for their own students, faculty, mentors, alumni and staff. It is not a public service: accounts are issued by the school you belong to, not by us. Each school decides who may sign in and what they may see.
3. Intellectual property
The contents of this site — including but not limited to the source code, layout, designs, logos, course materials, videos, texts and databases — are the property of Aula Magna or its licensors and are protected by Spanish, EU and international intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without prior written authorization from Aula Magna is prohibited. Authorized academic use is governed by your enrolment contract and our Terms of Service.
4. Liability
Aula Magna takes reasonable steps to ensure the information on this site is accurate and up-to-date but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, the absence of errors, or that the content is free from harmful elements. Where law permits, Aula Magna disclaims liability for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site.
5. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This site, its content and the relationship between Aula Magna and its users are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules grant the user a different forum.
